*Quiche du Jour- Gravel Knolls pastured eggs & organic cream with various vegetables, herbs &/or cheese, served alongside organic spinach dressed in Honey Apple vinaigrette. Potato salad & toasted bread with seasonal “Jam Lady” Jam balance out the meal. We make these fresh each morning, & as a result, they may not be available at dinner -$9

Simple Roast Chicken- Gravel Knolls pastured chicken, stuffed with butter under the skin & rubbed with fall herbs, then roasted in the oven with Burnet Ridge Sauvignon Blanc. A bit of pan sauce is spooned on the chicken, & then it’s placed on our Goat Cheese risotto, and wok fired veggies- $22
Grass Fed Beef- We raise our own grass-fed beef, and therefore have a various selection of cuts available to us, which we change daily, in an effort to utilize the whole animal. Our beef is humanely raised, on an organically farmed, open pasture at Webb Valley Farm. Each cut is prepared in a special way to maximize the flavor and composition of the beef. We serve the beef with sides that pair well, usually house potatoes and wok-fired veggies- Market
*House Pasta- A regularly changing, simple selection of our best produce in various forms, to highlight the beauty of the season, with our herbs, fresh pasta, and organic cheeses, and maybe some nuts to garnish. Feel free to add a grilled Amish chicken breast, or fresh fish when available- $19 (Lunch- $14)
Zinfandel Barbeque Ribs- We smoke organic ribs out back, after they’ve been coated with a Brown Sugar- Sea Salt Rub. The ribs are finished on the grill & glazed with a bacony Zinfandel reduction, plated alongside our house potatoes and southern style greens- $23 (Lunch-$15)
Walnut Crusted Pork Tenderloin- Organic pork, injected with local maple syrup, crusted in walnuts, and sautéed in butter until. We finish this with a sauce composed of caramelized apples & onions reduced in local cider, and serve it atop Goat Cheese risotto and wok vegetables- $26 (Lunch- $17)

Our desserts & coffee are kind of famous, so you may be served well by saving some room for them. Our pastry chef gets here early everyday to make them for you.
