Rasta Pork Belly- Local Pork Belly: brined for 2 days in our Famous Jerk Sauce, 6 hours of slow roasting in the oven, 6 hours on the smoker and a quick sear in a hot pan. Served with Southern style Rainbow Chard, Caramelized Sweet Potato & Rhubard, Cilantro, Melon Salsa, & Jah Love! - $17

½ Slab Dry Rubbed Ribs- Organic Ohio Pork ribs that have been coated with our House Rib Rub get smoked for 8 hours over Hickory & Applewood chips. We finish the ribs on a grill so that the outside remains crispy, while moist and tender inside. They are then plated alongside our caramelized Sweet Potato and Southern style Rainbow Chard- $15 (Memphis Style BBQ on the side)

Grass Fed Beef- We raise our own grass-fed beef, and therefore have a various selection of cuts available to us, which we change daily, in an effort to utilize the whole animal. Our beef is humanely raised, on an organically farmed, open pasture at Webb Valley Farm. Each cut is prepared in a special way to maximize the flavor and composition of the beef. We serve the beef with sides that pair well, usually house potatoes and local veggies- Market

We brew La Terza coffee, from our buddy Chuck in Clifton. He sources high quality, mostly organic beans from specific farms, and ensures respect is given to the entire process, all the way through to the roast.
